Mesmerized Faerie

I caught a glimpse of this faerie while on vacation in Costa Rica this year. She appeared mesmerized by her friend the snake. They were sharing space on a tremendous old Ficus tree in a cloud forest. I was as mesmerized with her as she was of the snake.

This is the fifth painting in my new Faerie series. It's painted in oils on an 18" x 24" canvas.
