Usage PolicyWe know this is a very popular topic! Here we have tried to outline the various common usage questions, and provide easy reference answers for you. You need JavaScript enabled to view itFOR USE AS A TATTOOLinda does allow the use of any of her art as a tattoo. We do require that you purchase rights to the image. We only charge a one time fee of $25. At this time, Linda is not taking on commissions, so you must choose from her existing image library. You may browse her available images by visiting her web site at: www.LindaLaforge.com. When you have the title of the image you want, email us to let us know what you're looking for and that you want to use it as a Tattoo. You will be sent a PayPal invoice. Once that's paid you'll receive a link to find your image and a PDF version of your Letter of Permission. Email Linda now and let her know which design you want as a Tattoo. She'll get back to you with in 48 hours or less! This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it FOR USE AS A BUSINESS LOGOLinda is happy to allow this type of usage, but requires a one time usage fee per image. If you wish to use one of her pieces as a logo for your business (on a web site, letterhead, print advertising, etc.), you must e-mail us requesting permission. We'll discuss the payment of $75 per image. Once you've made the payment, we send you a high resolution file of that image and a permission letter. IMPORTANT! Logo usage does NOT include using the art on a product for sale. That falls under licensing. Also, the grant of usage for a logo is non-exclusive, and you should be aware that others may purchase that same image for use as their logo. Linda won't download 'free' movies or music out of respect for the work and effort gone into their creation. She hopes others will treat her work with the same respect.We would like to someday offer packages of Linda's images for hobbyists to use. This includes MySpace page layouts, web graphics, e-mail stationery and the like. Once we've got something set up, we'll let you know on this website. You may NOT use Linda's art on any product that is for sale in any way, unless you have a signed contract with her, with an agreed upon royalty rate. Linda and her staff reserve the right to deny any licensing requests at their sole discretion. Many times, Linda's is even unable to allow usage on a product if it violates another contract she has in place.
