Linda uses your information to facilitate ONLY the services you request, be-it from her Newsletter or from an online sale. This includes your name, address, email address, credit card information, etc. This information is not shared in any way with any third party.

We also collect statistical information about people that visit our site. This lets us know how many people are visiting, when they visited, where they came from and what products they looked at. We use this information to keep our inventory interesting for you. This information is not shared in any way with any third party and never will be.

We do not sell or rent ANY (personal or non-personal) information about you to any third party.

Shipping Policy
All purchases made with LindaLaforge.com are shipped as soon as we have confirmation of payment. Linda is currently using Canada Post to mail your faerie products. Within Canada, you may receive your product within a week, in the US and International orders, you should get your order in two to three weeks as get's slowed up at the border. 

Linda has done everything she can to ensure shipping prices are fair. If however, fees are raised, additional fees may be requested - usually only for International Orders. (But we really hope not... )

When you receive your order, you'll get a proper invoice, and probably a little freebee too.

Taxes
Canadians from Ontario pay GST and PST (13%). Canadians from other provinces pay GST (5%). Customers from the US and Europe pay no taxes at all.

Return Policy
You may return your products within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. We ask that you follow these instructions in order to receive expedient service.

Upon receipt, we'll will inspect each item. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of your refund or exchange. If you purchased your item with a credit card (PayPal), we will credit the account used. All other refunds will be done by cheque. Your method of payment will be credited, less our $10 restocking fee. This restocking fee will remain as a lifetime credit towards any future purchase.
