Shipping Policy All purchases made with LindaLaforge.com are shipped as soon as we have confirmation of payment. Linda is currently using Canada Post to mail your faerie products. Shipping fees and taxes are included in your order prices, to keep things simple. Canadians from Ontario pay GST and PST (13%). Canadians from other provinces pay GST (5%). Customers from the US and Europe pay no taxes at all - just shipping! When you receive your faerie product, you'll get a proper invoice. Return Policy You may return your products within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of your refund or exchange. If you purchased your item with a credit card (PayPal), we will credit the account used. All other refunds will be done by check. Your method of payment will be credited, less our $10 restocking fee. This restocking fee will remain as a lifetime credit towards any future purchase. |
